Pre-test personality test, followed by an in-person interview. The process was started as an online application, and the results were fed back over the phone once they had decided on who would be selected for the job. The interview was done in person at one of the Best Buy locations.

pretty hard ask you questions like why you out of 50 applicants ... took 30 days for background to clear . finally got a call to work. the interview was kinda hard 2 interviews one with manager of your department and one with the GM of the store . they hire you after you talk to the GM

can be a 3 step process, i only had one interview, they will ask you basic sales questions and questions about yourself. very very simple interview if you get a interview you most likely got it unless you just look like you dont care.
