Horrible group interview process, applied for supervisor position called in for "group" interview. Involved three general basic questions= name, best/worse boss, why should i be hired, availability, interview was conducted with all applicants in same room answering all these questions in front of eachother and the applicants were all interviewing for completely different open positions with all differnt backgrounds, education levels and experiance????? The process was comparable to a cattle call....very impersonal and too generic.....just my opnion and just not what I expected at all on a professional job interview.
