1) Phone Interview with the Back Office Leader
2) In store interview with department supervisor and Assistant Manager
3) Interview with General Manager
They will ask you a different set of questions at every level. Phone interview mainly consists of avaliablitly questions, Assistant Manager interview consists of reviewing information on your resume and basically vets your personality. If he/she likes you you go to an interview with the GM, who asks you the more intense questions and makes the final decision before you leave that day.

Interview
Easy. Know basic computer skills and you’ll get the job. Office suite, Apple and windows. Know about smart home and home automation as well as you’ll be pulled to other departments.
Fairly straightforward, expect the normal interview style question. Always show up early it displays initiative. otherwise, trust your gut and skills most store managers are looking for honest, hardworking people.
