Online application, received call rather quickly for a phone interview. Phone interviewer was 5 minutes late, and interview lasted 10 minutes, not a clue where I blew it, but knew it wasn't good when she didn't even ask if I had questions. I think I got her on a bad day, 2 basic questions, I was shot down? Was told I'd hear within a week, 2 weeks later I got an email thanking me and telling me they went with other candidates? Didn't even possibly have a fair shot at it, especially when I invested quite a bit of time in my research, letter follow up, etc. and I have a lot of experience as well........I personally hate phone interviews, they are awkward, especially when you hear them typing what you say?
