Went through 3 interviews. First one a phone interview, second two in store with a supervisor first, then Store manager (or General Manager). Asked basic common customer service scenarios and questions.

Easy. Know basic computer skills and you’ll get the job. Office suite, Apple and windows. Know about smart home and home automation as well as you’ll be pulled to other departments.
Fairly straightforward, expect the normal interview style question. Always show up early it displays initiative. otherwise, trust your gut and skills most store managers are looking for honest, hardworking people.
