The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Best Buy (Beaumont, TX) in Sep 2012
Interview
First round is a over-the-phone interview, then interview with a lower level manager, then the general manager. Sometimes, you might get a panel interview with 2-3 managers instead of 2 face to face interviews if they are in need of employees or if the GM is limited on time to interview separately. During the face to face interview, they will ask you a series of questions to allow you to demonstrate your ability and skills to the job you applied for. Do research on the types of questions before the interview and you will be fine. They want to see that you can think quickly, hear well, follow directions, and do your job well. Don't talk too much. They don't like overly friendly/social people because you will seem like you're more concerned about making friends then working.
