Interview process was simple. They asked about what you know about tech stuff and how to handle customers. I got the job right away after getting interviewed. They would ask many customer service questions.

How do you deal with customers when customers become hard to deal with?
I completed an online questionnaire and submitted my resume online. I received a telephone call from the team lead of the customer service department for an in person interview. I was told that the manager would be calling me for a second interview. When I could not attend the time they asked me to come in for then they said we could figure out a different time and then never called me again. I called for a follow up but was only asked to interview with their assistant manager who asked me irrelevant questions to the position I applied for.

Asked about my availability and scenario questions about retail. Answers in start format. Make the interview personable and show you can really upsale. Also mention any experience in retail with handling customer questions, stocking, inventory, or anything related to selling memberships.
