Best Buy interview questions

From my experiences in retail, the interview process is based on communication skills, despite the fact that I am a holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree, the concern was my ability to sale. It was asked of me to give examples of my prior employers, in situations of selling and the ability to communicate with the customer. It was also explained that the position I originally needed was not available to me until I prove my ability, that includes full-time position.

Interviewed with 4 Best Buy employees within the department I was applying for. All questions are behavioral based. I would keep in mind that you will be working in teams at Best Buy so emphasizing how you work as a team player is important. I thought the communications with the company was great, they were very responsive and notified candidates within the time they stated.
