Then I received an e-mail stating that someone from the staffing department would be calling me to set up an interview because my qualifications match well with what they are looking for.

I applied online within the store on their demo computers. Application has a personality test at the end, focusing on how you work within a team. About 5 days later, I received a call from one of their employees asking me to come in for an interview. I arrived about 15 minutes early, and the interview started on time. My interviewer was very polite and asked a few questions. He then scheduled a third interview with the GM.
