Best Buy interview questions

I have worked for 2 separate Best Buys and both seemed to basically be interested mostly in your personality rather than your sales abilities. Sales can be learned, personality is much harder to change. The interview was the department supervisor and was very conversational with your typical interview questions and a few situational questions.

I'm in the process of going to an interview. I applied 3 days ago for the Cashier position and got a call 2 days ago and was scheduled for an interview. Can't specify the difficulty of the interview just yet. But I will get back with a more detailed review after I am done and hopefully hired. Staying positive. :)
