Best Buy interview questions

Took test on best buy's website. They called me in for intiial interview. Got passed intial interview with manager. Had second interview with general manager. Very easy going interview. Just be personable and dress for in khakis and polo shirt. Smile and active listen.

Online Application requires a personality test of sorts. You have to be in the 'green' to go further. Once Store sees application, (they will only look at the pool if they are currently hiring) they will call you. Most stores will then screen applicants over the phone and weed out anyone they aren't interested in. At that time, you will generally get an interview with a supervisor or a manager, followed by a 2nd interview with a manager (if 1st handled by sup), and if you continue on, your last interview will be with the GM.
