So when mentioning previous experience, talk about how you upsold using techniques like getting to know the customer, asking several questions, having extensive product knowledge and offering accessories and serivce plans.

it really wasnt bad. i submitted the application via internet and best buy was one of the only places to call me back for an interview. i was told to dress office casual and was expected to go through 1 pre lim interview and then if i was deemed worthy i would get another interview..... guess me not having any sales experience helped with that
