Best Buy interview questions

I interviewed with multiple groups all via zoom. First one was with the team I'd be part of and the second was with partners from similar teams in the org.

They will initially call you on the phone and ask basic questions such as why do you want to work for them? After this interview they will hold the second interview with your supervisor in-person and if that goes well, then you will be interviewed by the general manager. The second two interviews will be more in-depth as they will ask you about your skills and why you think you are a great fit for their company.
