Interview process was quick. You fill out the assessment online and then they call you for an interview. They ask you if someone stole a candy would you fire them or just let It go. Of course, the answer will be to fire them since it's theft.

Talk, intro, questions, explain job process, done. This was the basic premise of the entire interview process. I felt it was very relaxed in nature and obviously felt very comfortable with answering all the questions in the first place.
