I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Best Buy (Homewood, IL)
Interview
Very by a book. So uptight. It's a store not the CIA. I realized very fast that I did not want this job and my biggest regret was sitting there for the whole thing but I didn't want to be rude.
Phone interview, then an in-person meeting with the ASM. Nothing crazy or unexpected. Pretty easygoing. Little preparation is needed. Onboarding is different. Endless corporate videos are enough to drive you crazy. They will not let you on the floor before you complete those. Not kidding, at least 25-50 videos.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2019
Interview
I interviewed with a recruiter and then two interviews in person on the same day with multiple people. The questions were pretty standard behavioral questions and asking for specific situations.
