Interview process was so long just for a minimum wage job. Required a drug test at the time. I had a phone interview then after I had a in person interview then an interview with the person I worked with at the store.

The interview was satisfactory for its purpose. The questions asked were standard and lacked excitement. It would have been preferable to receive a follow-up call. Ultimately, it may be for the best that I did not secure the position, as the interviewer exhibited difficult behavior.
