the interview was on-site the manager was extremely toxic and passive aggressive, no respect for the interviewee, after that interaction i lost interest in this company. also a note 2 months since i interviewed and no response.

Very simple, straightforward questions about how you would handle certain issues involving work related problems, sales issues, leadership issues, and customer issues. Overall if you survived high school and can have an adult conversation and think out loud, you will do okay.

Interview
Emails, phone call screenings, and a video interview. The process required over a week of back and forth and felt very generic. The name of the job they were interviewing me for changed randomly part way through the process and they said it was a "new" role... they didn't explain anything further about this. I was offered something better and canceled the last part of the interview step.
