We sat in a round table fashion, we got asked simple questions about customer service and what it means to us. The questions were all customer based.

Pretty straightforward: SQL, MCQ Test on Lean concepts, Case study, Excel test. Those are for technical in the 3rd round. 1st and 2nd round were mainly behavioural with HR and the Manager

The best way to describe the interview is to ask if you’re willing to be more of a salesperson.
