Best Buy interview questions

Had to do two essay style video interview where you simple have a list of talking points. Took a lot longer then I was expecting for each stage and was passed over for the job even though I currently own my own Tech repair company and have multiple certifications

Did not hire because they were doing budget cuts so this wasted my time of going in to the interview and best buy is dying as a company as it is short staffed
