Once you get selected, you will receive a call to set up an appointment. You get interviewed by your immediate supervisor and branch manager. When the interview goes well, you will be called.

Very straight forward. Just looking to see if you are personable and willing to learn. I walked in and interviewed with one of the sales managers. After that I interviewed with the general manager. Both were easy going and created a relaxed interviewing environment.
