I interviewed with the department manager, and then I interviewed with the General Manager. I was hired after the 2nd interview as a seasonal customer service specialist at Best Buy.
It was quick and easy I wish they would’ve answered me abt the job but it’s ok I’m still looking I hope they eventually answer tho but it was very easy

Interviewer was nice, thorough, and honest. I asked how they measured the success of their agents and he answered frankly and in detail. Process was straightforward. The video interviews are weird and I got a call maybe a week after completing them.
