The interview process is pretty straightforward, they ask questions in regards to potential and realistic scenarios that may happen in a retail environment whether it be with a customer or an employee as well as self evaluation questions. It was easy and everyone was friendly. They called me first and asked me to go there for an in-person interview. My experience working as a barista helped a lot. They need someone with high communication skills, especially for customer service.
