Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view

It's a video interview on a website. You read the prompt then have a few minutes to answer the questions. It is really hard to make eye contact with the camera. I just ended up watching myself. At this store you do an online interview first then an in person interview.
