Fun and unique, but very informative. Situation based questions and your availability. Received a call back a week right after. Whole process was smooth and easy. Even though it was for a seasonal position, they expect you to be customer oriented.
Phone interview then in person interview. They asked basic questions about what you know related to technology, then asked more about your customer service skills and how you would handle certain situations like an angry customer.

Interview
Reviewing the initial video interview, it went pretty smoothly. They asked me 7 questions with 2-minute answers, which was enough time to give detailed enough answers to their questions. The only difficulty I had was that some of the questions were in video form, and the site they used only gave me 10 seconds to read each question.
