I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Boca Raton, FL) in Sep 2014
Interview
Asked general questions about previous experiences and asked about what I thought about the position. For example asked about working with someone difficult and what do you think may be a problem with the job.

Interview
Did the third interview today with the GM, but afraid I wasn't quick enough with my answers. It's always difficult to talk about yourself, so try to be prepared to talk about yourself. Some questions you expect to be asked, but you should really prepare an answer before you go in. The first 2 interviews went well and I felt that I was definitely getting the job. I heard a lot of people say that they got hired on the spot after the third interview which concerns me because I know I am more qualified than any other applicants even with more experience and I'm a very bright and hard working individual. Remember that you have to convince them that you're a good employee instead of showing them. At the end of the interview he said he wanted to make sure they were hiring the best person for the job and wanted to complete the other applicant's interviews. He told me not to be discouraged and be patient, so I'm not sure if he was politely telling me I didn't get the job. It would be super disappointing with the way this last year has gone. I'm just going to stay positive and hope that they realize I would be an asset to the company.

"remember a time when" comes up a lot when dealing with a supervisory role interview. these interviews mainly detail upon customer issue problems, and not of store level issues. customers always come first.
