Best Buy Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Quick since I was already working there. I didn't really have to go through the whole applying process since I was already working at best buy, but on the sales floor. Best Buy is a company with a lot of growth and opportunity to move around as I did. I recommend working there.

3 stages... first interview with the department supervisor, 2nd... department manager, 3rd with the GM. the whole process is fairly easy and pretty quick especially for the holiday season. during non holiday season, make sure you look "pretty" because the last time i set foot in a best buy, yea sure there is beautiful fashionable people there yet no one works as hard or knows anything about the products they are selling.
