It was not hard. They brought me in and asked me a set of questions. They said they receive a lot of applications, but only interview a few. It was a short process.
The interview process was really smooth. I received a call, and they asked me bunch of questions related to customer service and product knowledge, followed by an in-person interview that lasted around 30-45 minutes.

there was an initial phone phone screening and then 2 in person interviews, were easy interviews, and asked basic questions like why do you want to work here, whats your availability, tell me about yourself
