You will meet with a team lead onsite who will ask you a series of questions about your schedule, communication skills, and conflict resolution skills. I was applying for a part-time role and can only assume I didn't get the job because I was not available enough, but I can't say for certain since the store has no public contact info to ask for feedback from. No response when I replied via the rejection email either. The poor communication for feedback afterwards is what I disapprove of.

Applied online early April 2025. Reached out by the hiring manager on 29th April and had an interview on May 2nd that went extremely well. He confirmed he will be proceeding to next steps but ghosting since then. I followed up twice a week later and 2 weeks later but no success. Definitely would not be interested to work for someone lacking respect toward candidates and his company's reputation.
