The interview process was smooth and the recruiter was reachable. The interview process had an initial screening followed by a coding assessment online and then an online interview combined with managerial and behavioural round and technical round
The first round is a video interview where you record yourself answering 7 questions. The process was easy but you only get one try at recording. The video interview was not strictly based on geek squad it was very generic questions.

Team was heavily focusing on the STAR method, they explicitly asked for STAR examples if none was provided they wouldn’t like the answers and continue pressing for STAR. Other than that it was a panel interview
