Best Buy interview questions

The GS manager is a former autotech, so the interview was a bit more inctricate. I wouldnt say difficult, per se. Originally interviewed for Consultant Agent (with a goal to become an Advance Repair Agent), but correctly believed I would be a better fit as autotech.

I was left feeling disappointed after a pre-screen interview with Best Buy. When asked why I was interested in the company, the interviewer seemed dissatisfied with my initial response and pressed further. When the topic of salary expectations came up, it became clear that there was no flexibility beyond posted salary range. In my view, the company's salary expectations do not align well with the level of experience they are seeking. Within 4 minutes of concluding the phone pre-screen, I received an automated decline email.
