Interview
Met with the HR manager who explained the pay and department I would work for. They also explained the days I would work and how to change my schedule. Then met with the department manager, who explained my job duties in my department. Finally met with the store manager who asked if I had any questions or concerns.

Interview
There are three interviews overall. The first interview is with the manager of whichever department you're assigned to, the second is with the supervisor of that dept. The last interview is with the GM. The questions are mainly focused on your commitment toward improving the company's sales numbers and your responsibility to do so.
