After submitting an application, you will get a phone interview with the store's HR person. Very simple and straight forward interview. He/she wil ask you basic questions about why you want to work there and then you will, hopefully, get invited to interview in the store with your potential supervisor and the store GM. The final interview with the store GM is where he/she will make you an offer or not. If you accept the offer you will have to get a drug screening before you can start training.
