Best Buy Inventory Specialist interview questions

Applied online on their website which took 10-20 minutes tops then got a call 1 week or so. They asked two simple questions as to my availability to work and how many days I can work. I matched what they wanted so they setup an interview. The day of the interview asked about couple of questions while they write your response. Then another interview with the general manager with questions more involve with store policy and team conflict problems I experienced. After all that depending that they tell you on the spot if your hired or not.
