Best Buy Inventory Specialist interview questions

The Phone interview was pretty normal. The interviewer was really nice and gives you the basics of the job. They broke down the roles that were all assigned to employees.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, asked questions about theft, the duties of the job, if you are available for x days or always, pretty standard entry level stuff. Got a call back a couple days later for the follow up interview with the General manager and was offered the job then and there, very friendly & casual conversation mostly to gauge your personality.
