I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2018
Interview
Went to a hiring fair and did speed round interviews with managers from multiple departments. Was fairly straight-forward and appreciated that everything was 1 on 1, not group interviews. The managers asked relevant questions and also spoke about the jobs.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Marlborough, MA) in Jul 2010
Interview
Filled out a profile online including a personality test. I had a friend who worked there, so that helped push my application through. I went through two rounds of interviews. The first round included an interview by two department managers. The final interview was by the store manager. During the final interview I was given my offer. It was over minimum wage, so I accepted. Generally a pretty easy interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Best Buy in Oct 2011
Interview
There were three in-person interviews that followed the initial phone interview. The first in-person interview was a group interview with one of the assistant managers. The second in-person interview was 1:1 and was with the manager in the department you are applying in. The last interview was also 1:1 and was with the General Manager. The last interview is also when they extend the job offer if they decide to hire you.
