The hiring process at Best Buy has changed over time, and so has the culture. Simply put, it's not competitive. You just need to show that you are able to interact with people, and stand out to some degree when you interview. Not too formal, good work environment, kind employees, informative, interesting questions.

The interview seemed standardized and was an open experience. It was an at ease process and the managers were supportive and positive during the interview process. It has been a while since I completed the interview, but overall was a positive experience and a relaxed environment for an interview.
