Overall simple applying process online, and I received a phone call just a few days later asking when i could come in for an interview. Once the interview was set up, I came in and had a very neat experience. They conducted a group interview with all the potential employees, which was different than what I was used to, in the end it was a very cool experience for my first interview. I later came back for an interview with the GM of the store and went through the final process of being hired including background check and other like paperwork...... I was so excited!

Application is submitted online. If you pass the personality test online, chances are you get a call for the first of three interviews. The first interview is usually with a supervisor. The second interview is with a manager. Last interview is with the store manager. Hiring process took about three weeks. Once you pass all three interviews, you get a call to go in and sign papers. You have the job, pending a drug test and background check.
