Best Buy Sakes Associate interview questions

Was asked about former employers, for how long I'd been at those companies and why I was applying for the job. Guy I talked to seemed nice enough and gave me information about Best buy

I got hired almost 7 years ago, and I have been promoted several times since then. I know the interview process has changed quite a bit (as I am in a position where I perform interviews now), but it's still pretty cut and dry. Questions are fairly consistent across retail for interviews, particularly for sales associates. The questions always fall back to living or not living the company values, so just know those before going into an interview. My personal interview was short and to the point. I had a lot of retail experience beforehand and they already knew my work history, so it was basically clarification and asking "Tell me about a time when ..." questions.
