Best Buy Sakes Associate interview questions

I applied online beginning of October and one day, I decided to go to Best Buy. I asked to see the manager to ask if he could look over my application. I had no expectations but I just wanted to ask. Anyway after a couple minutes, the recruiter guy told me the manager will interview me in a few minutes. I was in jeans and shirt!!!! But no one seemed to care about it. I hung around while waiting and soon enough, the manager and I went to the backroom and he had like a packet with lots of interview questions. The questions are not easy if you never had a job before. They are behavioral and situational questions. I know I didn't give the best answers but I was friendly and enthusiastic. It took about 45 minutes, very long, and as I wasn't appropriately dressed, I apologized and he was cool about it. Right after, he scheduled me for the interview with the GM. I came back the next day and the interview with the GM was pretty relaxed. If you made it to this point, you get the job. While I was answering her questions she was filling the paperwork for me. All in all, a very good experience, fast (took 3 days), friendly. There are normally 3 interviews but I skipped the phone interview by going to the store and asking for the manager.
