After submitting my application online, i waited several months until the interviewer called, asked several questions, and told me i was "not right for the job"

First you have to fill out an application online and there are a bunch of questions they ask you to see if you have any smarts. Then about a week 1/2 later you get a call and they ask you questions on the phone like what is the value you have to offer. then you get an interview with a manager or usually another person that is not because the manager is busy. A bunch of questions are asked on what you would do in different situations. After you pass that you have to interview with the general manager of the store and he with ask you questions about if you would ever steal or tell on someone stealing. Then you get the job.
