Once general manager make decision the Operations manager gives you a call to come in to fill out paper work and consent form for background check and drug test paper work, with starting wage offer, it is either yes or no. I tried to negotiate and they laughed and said take it or leave it.

I applied on the Best Buy website for the Sales Associate position. I was told from a friend it was available, naming him as the one who referred me. I got a call in about a week for a face to face interview. The interview took about 30 minutes and most of the questions were very general.
