Best Buy Sakes Associate interview questions

Was met by a supervisor and interviewed. Said he was positive i would get the position since i am coming from an existing store. Was interviewed by the manager and was told i would hear from him in about a month. Was then turned down for the position purely because i didn't speak Spanish, which wasn't a job requirement.
