However before the call, if one attempts to follow up on application, the phone operator will not answer any questions only to say someone will call if interested or Best Buy will keep application on file. Very frustrating. When called it is actual a first interview to check availability. schedule interview is usually at store by supervisors or lead department individuals. Unfortunately many have no interviewing experience and read STAR formatted questions from at printed out form. General Manager or Assistant Manager is last interview will usual job offer on spot.

Usually there is 2-3 interviews. I had interview with manager, then one with the general manager, then one group interview. Standard interview questions "name a time when you..." Very easy interview. Must dress professionally and have stories of your past work experience.
