Best Buy Saled Associate interview questions

After missing the call for the phone interview, i decided to go into the store to try to be interviewed on the spot. the store manager was extremley busy that day so they scheduled me for a 1:1 interview the next day (so i basically skipped the phone interview). I showed up for the interview 10min early but apparently they forgot about me so i wasnt interviewed until about 40min later.The 1:1 interview with the manager went very well. She was very laid back and was a very comfortable person to talk to She asked me a lot of situational questions involving working with others. She then scheduled me for second interview with the GM about a week later since he was on vacation. Once again i showed up early and once again i was interviewed about 20-30min late. The GM interview was a lot more difficult because he was an all business type of guy. He asked me about 10 questions all about my personality. After all his questions he offered me a job on the spot for a cashier instead of a saled associate but i was fine with that and accepted.

I submitted an application and within a week was called for an interview. I went through an interview with the store manager and a supervisor. Both were very nice. It was a very relaxed interview. They asked me how I would handle situations such as multiple customers wanting help at once or how to approach a customer. I have very good customer service skills and they were ready to hire me on the spot. I was told that turnover is high and advancement comes quickly.
