I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Best Buy in Aug 2011
Interview
The interview was rather disorganized as my interview started about 45 minutes late. They were interviewing in large batches, the phone interview consisted of asking why I wanted to work there. Main focus of the interview and as I would find out later, was my availability. The second interview was with a manager who asked me some of the same questions and describe an experience with team work. The last interview was with the GM who was there to discuss pay and asked about how I felt about theft. Don't sweat the interview, if you have open availability and can pass a drug test they'll probably hire you.

Interview
Well, I had one online interview where filled out their survey type interview then had a one on one interview a few days letter. The online interview wasn't hard it was just LONG. They seemed pretty planned about their interviews the guy who interviewed me seemed nice. The company them selves were good. I liked what they had to offer.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Best Buy in Nov 2011
Interview
At first, I simply applied online and got a call the next day. The call consisted of several simple questions and supposedly counted as my first interview. We set up a time for a second interview a couple days later. That second interview was with a department manager and was short (maybe 15 minutes) which consisted of simple questions and specifying what times I could work. After that, I was scheduled for a third and longer interview with the general manager which was actually pretty easy. I was signing paper work for the most part, and expanding upon my past work history. Then he laid out some terms and offered me the job.
