Best Buy Saled Associate interview questions

I just interview through this second phase of the interview process. It is a standard personal interview with examples of your ability to work together, leadership, and other qualities needed.

I applied online and was called back about 2-3 days later. The interview was scheduled for about a week later and went great. The department head was very nice and laid back. After the interview he went to find the general manager to do my second interview the same day. Unfortunately he/she was not there. I spent the next month and a half calling the department head who either planned an the interview or promised to call me later. The interviews always planned through and no matter how much I called, he seemed to never call back when he promised. Eventually the position got filled up and I was passed up.
