The interview process took place for seasonal hiring where you attend a hiring event. A preliminary interview that is very straightforward and directed more toward your availability and previous experience is done. If you pass that round a second interview is given and more specific questions around products in the store that you would be comfortable helping customers purchase would then be asked. It seemed they are looking for at least some previous retail or customer service experience but I have heard it depends on the store from other employees.

Submitted online and came in for an interview shortly after. The interview was very simple and easy, the brought us in as a group and then had one on one interviews in between.
They hired directly after the interview. Spoke a lot about the ability to grow within the company.
