Best Buy Saled Associate interview questions

The interview consisted of three interviews total. I only did the first interview which was with a manager of the franchise and the experience seemed ok, it went by pretty quickly overall.

I asked the interviewer how Best Buy's transition to a warehouse and delivery model would effect employee's roles and job responsibilities. His answer: "We're replacing the old with the younger generation." He then ended the interview. Sounded like discrimination against older workers. And from a visual survey of the ages of employees in the store looks like there's no age diversity at Best Buy.
