They asked me a series of questions and walked me through scenarios of how I would handle customer service situations. Asked about my experience in tech sales specifically, not general sales

The interview process was really smooth. I received a call, and they asked me bunch of questions related to customer service and product knowledge, followed by an in-person interview that lasted around 30-45 minutes.
