Best Buy Sales Associate interview questions

I was asked standard behavioral interview questions. There was a phone screen, followed by two in-person interviews. One of these was with the store manager, and the other was with the person who was to be my department supervisor. They were both very nice. I was able to do the interviews back-to-back on the same day.

It was a 2 part interview...the first part was very different...they interviewed in threes. It did allow me to see the other two people were...not likely very good with people, but it was also very impersonal. The second interview the store manager asked a few question then offered me the job.
